Step 1: Free Consultation

Every first visit starts with a free consultation. One of our groomers will sit with you to discuss your dog's breed, coat type, health considerations, and your style preferences. We'll walk you through the grooming options and make personalized recommendations — no pressure, no rush.

Step 2: The Grooming Session

Once we agree on the plan, we get to work. Depending on the service, your dog will receive a bath, blow-dry, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, and any add-on treatments you've selected. We work at your dog's pace, never rushing a nervous or anxious pet.

Step 3: Pickup & Review

When your pup is ready, we'll call or text you. At pickup, we'll share notes on how your dog did, any coat or skin concerns we noticed, and recommendations for at-home care between appointments. We love seeing happy owners and freshly groomed dogs walk out the door!
